This hotel is located directly in the centre, just on the quay with an amazing view of the lake. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the basic amenities such as the rooms with excellent showers and kitchen facilities make it a great value for money. The breakfast offers a variety of options to choose from.

Great location, overlooking the waterfront. Professional and helpful staff, especially Antonio and Giulia. Good hotel with a nice balcony. Close proximity to the harbor, supermarket, and shopping street. Ideal base for exploring the lake region.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location was great, very close to public transit and a big market. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. there were boat trips offered that were enjoyable.
The room was not clean and the bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. There were also some maintenance issues, such as broken shower doors and faulty air conditioning.

Very nice and helpful staff! We arrived already at 07:30 am and our room was ready for occupancy, really great! . On Tuesday of every week, from 08:00 a.m. on, there is a huge market with maybe 1 km length directly in front of the hotel, with stands offering everything from food to clothes. Really worth seeing. Great location of the hotel, directly at the ship station and bus station.
The only thing that would come to mind would be the breakfast buffet, there was only toast as pastry, no bread or alarm clocks and relatively much wrapped.

My favourite property in Desenzano del Garda. Very pleasant stay, newly remodelled and little place. - Extremely helpful staff and their quick responses to my needs. - Top location, a walking distance from Port of Maratona. - Great trip in this residential area just next door to the train station. - Desenzaro's pleasant town centre and waterfront are a short walk away. - So many nice restaurants and bars.

Internet connection doesn't work. The 3 person room is small for 3 adult.

I loved the twin/double room. the bathroom included a hair dryer, a bidet, and a shower cap. - This was an excellent and unbeatable location near a swimming beach and the fun center at night. - It was near Ristorante Al Portico, where you can have lunch.
